NEW POSTAL DELAYS
Due to increased security checks in USA, Canada, Italy and some other countries, packages are taking up to five weeks to reach their destinations.
This is completely outwith our control.
Def; Hooly/Hoolie-from the noun Hullachan, Gaelic-a dance done at a party, and usually on a wood platform (or door) outside a bothy-drinking establishment in the hills and well away from the excise men.
It is also known as a Scottish Dance and one definition states: 'The Reel of Tulloch or Hullachan (performed to the tune of the same name) refers to a dance performed outside a cottage. This Reel is thought to have originated in a Churchyard, where on a cold winter's Sunday a Minister was late for his service-- parishioners tried to keep warm by clapping their hands and stamping their feet' While this may well be a sanitised explanation the more rowdy origins are also more than relevant as dancing after a wee dram sounds much more likely and the two origins are probably interlinked. Hence having a Hooly at this time is more than appropriate
© ® Hullachan Pro. Trade Mark: ™ Hullachan was first registered by Craig Coussins mother, Sadie Simpson Coussins in 1970 and has been in continued use since then by the Coussins family through Sadie Simpson and her husband Jack Coussins and then in 1998 it was passed to their son Craig Coussins who is now the sole owner of the Hullachan trademark.
To reiterate: Craig Coussins is the only legal owner of Hullachan and that he, along with his mother and father was instrumental in designing and creating the original Hullachan Red Stitch Highland Dance Shoe at Glasgow Dancewear in 1970. No one else has been involved since then either through marriage or descendancy. The only legal and living claimant to this is Craig Coussins. Other claimants to that design lineage are false.
Hullachan Pro. is also protected as a trademark in many countries including Canada, America, Europe, including the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom, Australasia, throughout Asia and many countries where Hullachan does business.
