Statement of cancellation rights
Distance Selling

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers are entitled to a right to cancel their order in writing within 7 working days following delivery of the goods. A notice of cancellation must be addressed to Name of business and delivered by post to the address below, or by email or fax. Name of business will refund in full, within 30 days of a notice of cancellation, the cost of the goods returned and outbound carriage costs. All postage/packaging costs for the return of items will be incurred in full by the customer.

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow you to return any goods that are unwanted should you change your mind, within 7 working days of receipt. Following your reasonable examination of the goods, they should be returned to us in the condition they were received. You will be liable for the costs of the return postage but all other monies shall be returned to you within 30 days.

Under UK and EU Law you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within a "cooling off" period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with goods you have bought from us, then within seven working days starting the day after you receive the order, you can return it to us at our postal address, for a full refund, including outward postage and packing.
You must inform us by e-mail or by writing to us at our postal address within seven working days of receiving of the goods that you wish to cancel the purchase, and we will refund the cost of the goods plus delivery costs within thirty days.

As soon as you realise that you need to change your order please contact us on telephone number or email address and one of our advisors will help you. If you amend your order, there may be changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you'll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend the order).

Once you have taken delivery of your order, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days. The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used. Items should be returned or collection arrangements made promptly at your cost. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection of which you will be notified at time of cancellation.

The right to cancellation only applies to sales via the internet or telephone, and not items bought directly in person from our shop.

You do not have the right to cancel the contract under the Regulations if you have collected goods or if you are not a consumer i.e. a company, partnership, sole trader or any other commercial body or registered charity.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

You are recommended to ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Your product must be returned complete and unused (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you should have done so without damaging or marking the product). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.

Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. You can take the goods out of the packaging to try them out, but please don't throw it away, please retain it for at least 30 days in case you wish to return them for any reason.

Any "Free Gifts" received with the product must also be returned.

When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

The cancellation right applies to purchases made by consumers within the European Union. We are aware that your country of residence may have a different length of cooling off period and will comply with this. The right to cancel does not apply to purchases made by customers outwith the European Union.

It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the instructions contained within the parcel.

We reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning substitute goods that you do not wish to accept.
